Earning Respect Instead of Making Noise
A lot of pundits spend all day on their blogs telling everyone why they right and you are wrong. Unfortunately, no matter how cunning their rhetoric is, no matter how many proof texts they have, and no matter how “right” they are, people aren’t listening.
Why? Is it because no one believes in right or wrong anymore? Should we just blame it on the evils of society that people aren’t listening to us?
No. People don’t listen when to us when they don’t respect us. Does earning respect mean not speaking up for the truth? No.
Pick your battles correctly, or you are just making noise.
